“Lit Geo Invest” LLC is the Georgian-Lithuanian Company existed on the Georgian market since 2012. “Lit Geo Invest” LLC guarantees the population of Georgia with modern and comfortable residing complexes, offices, hotels and etc. It executes the great construction works on the territory of Georgia, as of residing apartments, as well as “A” class offices. Current project of the company is construction complex with modern technologiesin Tbilisi, Tsotne Dadiani Str. in the neighborhood of trade center “Karvasla”. In the limits of this project the construction of 5 blocks are already completed (A, B, D, E-1, E-2 blocks), each – 12-storey building with modern design and best system. Now, in the limits of the project, one more, different 20-storey “C” block is building.
Besides, 33-storey residing complex “Saburtalo Palace” is building in the center of Tbilisi.
